What is Explorer Case Pro?
Explorer Case Pro stands as the most versatile, portable escape room prop available in the market, offering limitless possibilities for use. The scope of its use is vast, from integrating it into your escape room, using it for swift outdoor promotions, to renting it out as part of a game package for parties
and birthdays.
You can pair your phone with the case through Bluetooth with an Android app. The app allows modification of numerous features such as the duration of the game, the sequences for solving modules, text displays, the audio files triggered during various occasions and many more. Almost every aspect of the prop can be edited and adjusted to your needs, that’s what makes our product so unique and versatile.
Main Features of the Prop
RGB backlight LEDs
Inside there are full color LED lights for each module, which can be easily programmed to any color to set the perfect mood for your game. You can select different color before and after the module is solved.
Big Countdown Timer
Situated at the top of the panel is a countdown timer that can be set for up to 99 minutes. Additionally, the prop records the number of incorrect attempts made, discouraging players from guessing combinations. You can configure the prop to deduct a certain amount of time for each error made and set a limit on the number of mistakes. If players exceed this limit, the game ends immediately, resulting in a loss.
Ambient Music and Sound Effects
Housed within the prop is a professional-grade speaker capable of delivering ambient background audio and specific sound effects that respond to player actions. The audio files are conveniently stored on a micro USB flash drive.
Integrated Battery
The prop comes equipped with an integrated battery that can sustain three to four consecutive one-hour games. You don’t have to guess how much battery charge is left – a handy indicator is located at the back of the case. However, even in the unlikely event that you deplete the battery, the case remains operational while charging.
Big LCD Screen
An LCD screen in the center of the prop can display various text messages and screens with icons, enhancing game narration and providing players with a unique, immersive experience. The fonts also support many special characters for different languages!
Durable Casing
Durable and robust, the prop stands up to rigorous use, ensuring a reliable and lasting investment, housed in a polypropylene suitcase with a handle, this product is designed for longevity and easy transportation.
The whole case itself can be also locked with up to two padlocks.
Maintenance Panel
There is a discreet maintenance panel located at the back. It features a key-switch for turning the device on and off, ensuring that only authorized staff members can reset the prop. In addition to this, the panel houses an input for audio files, battery level indicator and a charging port.
5V DC Power Output
The case also includes a 5V DC USB power output, designed to power other accessories from our range that do not have an internal battery.Â
Score Tracking System
You can foster a competitive environment that further engages your clients. Utilizing hints, making errors, and time spent are all factors incorporated into the player’s final score. This unique scoring system adds an additional layer of competition, enabling a ranking among teams in your event.Â
Light sensor to start the game
There are two methods for initiating the game: instantly upon powering on the device or automatically when the lid is lifted, due to an internal light sensor within the panel.
5 Modules to solve
Padlock Module
This incorporates a straightforward button that needs to be pressed, but it
is secured with a padlock of your choice
Jacks Module
Players need to establish the correct connections by linking eight holes
using four wires.
Switches module
This requires the correct on/off combination to be inputted across six
switches.
Keypad Module
Players must input a correct code of up to eight digits. Once the code entry begins, the LCD display transitions to show the entered code. An RGB backlight shifts to yellow during this process to indicate the change.
Buttons Module
To succeed, players must press eight metal buttons in the correct sequence. There is an additional complexity with a large red knob that must be in the correct position before players can begin pressing the buttons. As this module is being solved, the RGB backlight changes to yellow to signal this activity.
